We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to support a fast-paced global hospitality business. This is a varied and exciting role for someone who thrives on multitasking, enjoys working across marketing and communications, and has a strong interest in AI and digital tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Full diary and inbox management for senior leadership
- Coordinating international travel arrangements and itineraries
- Supporting marketing campaigns and social media activity
- Assisting with marketing partnerships and brand collaborations
- Proofreading communications, presentations and marketing materials
- Managing social media scheduling and campaign coordination
- Supporting basic finance administration and reporting
- Acting as a key point of communication across internal and external stakeholders
- Helping implement and manage AI tools including Claude and ChatGPT
- Setting up and managing AI agents and workflow systems
- Providing general executive and administrative support
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience as a PA, Executive Assistant or similar support role
- Experience within marketing, communications or social campaigns
- Strong organisational and diary management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail, particularly proofreading and administration
- Confident with IT systems esp Excel and Canva, digital tools and social media platforms
- Experience with AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Professional, proactive and adaptable approach

- Experience working within hospitality, travel or lifestyle sectors
- Understanding of marketing partnerships and campaign management
