Corporate Partnerships Manager

Location: North East (flexible working available)

Hours: 37.5 per week — flexible/part-time considered

Salary: £36,000 – £40,000

Smyth&Co. are delighted to be supporting a respected North East Hospice in the search for a Corporate Partnerships Manager. This role will lead the development of a Corporate Partnerships Strategy, grow income, and build meaningful relationships that directly support patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow corporate income by securing new partners and strengthening existing relationships
• Develop and deliver engaging corporate campaigns, initiatives, and events
• Represent the Hospice at business, networking, and community events
• Oversee and support corporate fundraising volunteers
• Create compelling partnership proposals and reports, working collaboratively across teams

Person Specification

We’re looking for a proactive, confident relationship-builder with experience in corporate fundraising, account management, or business development. You will be organised, creative, and comfortable representing the Hospice externally. Most importantly, you’ll be motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the region.
