We’re looking for a creative and commercially driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead the launch and ongoing marketing of a landmark modern restaurant opening in London Bridge — the first London project from a multi-award-winning, two-Michelin-starred chef.
This is a rare opportunity to build a hospitality brand from the ground up, leading strategy, campaigns, storytelling, social, PR, partnerships, and guest engagement. Following launch, the role will expand across another concept within the group.
What We’re Looking For
- ~5+ years’ marketing experience, ideally in hospitality or restaurants
- ~ Strong brand, digital, and campaign marketing experience
- ~ Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
- ~ Commercially minded, creative, and highly organised
- ~ Passion for food, culture, and London’s dining scene
- ~ Authentic understanding of food culture and heritage
