I’m currently working with a prestigious international arts organisation seeking an experienced Executive Personal Assistant to support one of the Presidents. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, polished, and proactive EA/PA with proven experience supporting at C-suite level within a fast-paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Extensive and complex diary management across multiple time zones
  • Coordinating international travel, accommodation, and detailed itineraries
  • Managing meetings, briefings, agendas, and follow-up actions
  • Acting as a key point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Handling highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Inbox management and drafting correspondence on behalf of the President
  • Supporting with events, board meetings, and senior leadership coordination
  • Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the executive office

Requirements:

  • Previous experience supporting at C-suite or President level
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills
