Smyth&Co are thrilled to be working with a national health based charity looking for a Head of Marketing. This is a new role and is a great opportunity to lead and develop a team in a growing and ambitious charity.

This role reports directly to the CEO, sits on the senior leadership team and provides the post holder with the opportunity to make the role their own via strategy development and shaping the priority list.

Managing an existing team of two, you will have the opportunity to develop and deliver all internal and external communications with an immediate focus on developing brand awareness, online content and charity wide communication integration.

Your role will also lead on public relations, website development and all key messaging for communications. Working alongside the Head of Fundraising you will develop an integrated communications plan, to support fundraising efforts and help to maximize income.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a charity that is well resourced and ready to move into its next chapter of growth. The charity will consider applications from candidates wishing to move into the charity sector as well as candidates taking a leadership or line management role for the first time. This charity has a history of developing staff to reach their full potential by creating a supportive and happy working environment.
