I’m currently working with a prestigious international arts organisation seeking an experienced Executive Personal Assistant to support one of the Presidents. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, polished, and proactive EA/PA with proven experience supporting at C-suite level within a fast-paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities:
- Extensive and complex diary management across multiple time zones
- Coordinating international travel, accommodation, and detailed itineraries
- Managing meetings, briefings, agendas, and follow-up actions
- Acting as a key point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders
- Handling highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Inbox management and drafting correspondence on behalf of the President
- Supporting with events, board meetings, and senior leadership coordination
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the executive office
Requirements:
- Previous experience supporting at C-suite or President level
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work at pace and manage changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
