An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join the kitchen team within a prestigious five-star hotel located just outside North West London .
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented chef looking to take the next step within a high-quality, professionally structured kitchen environment, working with fresh seasonal produce and maintaining exceptional standards across a busy restaurant operation.
The Role As Junior Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Sous and Head Chef, supporting the day-to-day running of the kitchen and helping lead the brigade through busy services.
Support the senior kitchen team with daily operations and service
Lead and motivate junior chefs during busy services
Maintain consistently high standards of food quality and presentation
Ensure excellent organisation and preparation across sections
Support the training and development of junior chefs
Maintain food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards
The Ideal Candidate Previous Junior Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef de Partie experience
Background within a quality restaurant, five-star hotel or similarly high-standard kitchen
Confident leading a section and supporting junior chefs
Calm and organised within a busy operation
Strong attention to detail and consistently high culinary standards
Ambitious and looking for long-term career development
Package £43,000 per annum
