We are seeking a passionate and ambitious Sous Chef who thrives in high-performance kitchens and is looking to be part of a landmark opening from day one. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Sous in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
  • Lead and inspire a brigade of chefs during service
  • Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Assist with menu development and seasonal dish creation
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards
  • Support stock management, ordering, and kitchen organisation
  • Help develop junior chefs and maintain a positive kitchen culture
  • Drive excellence across all sections of the kitchen

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Current or recent experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef
  • Michelin-starred, fine dining, or high-end French restaurant experience required
  • Strong understanding of classical and modern French cooking techniques
  • Experience working with premium seasonal ingredients
  • Proven ability to lead and develop kitchen teams
  • Calm, organised, and professional under pressure
  • Passionate about culinary excellence and guest experience
