The Role
Lead the kitchen operation, delivering exceptional modern French and European dishes to the highest standards.
Develop creative, seasonal menus that showcase outstanding ingredients and contemporary techniques.
Maintain consistently high standards of food quality, presentation and service.
Recruit, train and develop a motivated and professional kitchen team.
Manage food costs, GP, stock control and kitchen budgets effectively.
Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene and health and safety regulations.
Work closely with the senior management team to continually enhance the guest experience.
The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience as a Head Chef or an accomplished Senior Sous Chef within a quality fine dining restaurant.
A strong culinary background in modern French and European cuisine.
Excellent technical skills, creativity and a genuine passion for seasonal ingredients.
A natural leader who can motivate, mentor and develop a brigade.
Commercially astute, with a sound understanding of food costs, margins and kitchen profitability.
Highly organised, calm under pressure and committed to delivering an exceptional dining experience.
