We are a leading recruitment agency specialising in the dynamic hospitality industry. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer to join our passionate team.
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll play a key role in supporting our consultants by sourcing top-tier candidates across a wide range of hospitality roles from chefs and front-of-house professionals to operations managers and more.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, and internal databases
- Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone interviews
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
- Post job adverts and manage responses
- Arrange interviews and support candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records
- Support consultants with administrative and coordination tasks
- Previous experience in recruitment or within the hospitality industry (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, energetic, and a real team player
- Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office and CRM systems
