Were working with a luxury country house hotel in the South West of England to appoint a Front of House Manager to lead their guest-facing operations. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing reception, duty management and nights, ensuring a seamless experience from pre-arrival through to departure.

The Role

• Lead, support and develop the reception, duty and night teams
• Oversee the full guest journey, ensuring warm, professional and efficient service
• Manage day-to-day front office operations, standards and procedures
• Work closely with the senior management team to drive service, efficiency and consistency
• Support with scheduling, training, reviews and ongoing team development
• Act as a visible duty manager presence across the hotel when required
