This is a great opportunity for a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up, or a Junior Sous looking for a positive, worklife balanced kitchen.
What youll be doing:
Supporting the Head Chef in running daily kitchen operations Leading sections and supporting the team during service Maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency and presentation Assisting with stock control, ordering and kitchen organisation Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met
What were looking for:
Previous experience in a quality fresh-food kitchen A positive, team-focused attitude and strong work ethic Good organisational skills and attention to detail Passion for seasonal ingredients and modern café-style cooking
