Head Chef – Premium Casual Dining – Notting Hill – Up to £75,000 Package We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to join an exciting, newly opened restaurant in the heart of Notting Hill, offering a modern take on Berlin-inspired street food with Turkish and European influences.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative, hands-on chef to take ownership of a quality-driven kitchen, working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and a focused menu in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.
The Role:
Oversee the day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring consistently high standards of food quality and presentation.
Lead, train and develop a small, passionate kitchen team.
Work closely with the owners on menu development, seasonal specials and new dishes.
Maintain excellent standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen organisation.
Manage ordering, stock control, food costs and kitchen GP.
Ensure consistency across a busy lunch, dinner and late-night service.
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience as a Head Chef or strong Senior Sous Chef ready to step up.
Background in premium casual dining, quality-driven restaurants or modern street food concepts.
Knowledge of Turkish, Middle Eastern or European cuisine would be an advantage.
Experience with fermentation, pickling and seasonal menu development is desirable.
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, organised approach.
Commercially aware, with a good understanding of kitchen costs and margins.
Passionate about fresh ingredients, bold flavours and delivering consistently high standards.

Salary package of £70,000–£75,000 including tronc .
5-day trading week, closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
