for a brand new and very exciting opening in London. This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious early-career chef to join a high-level brigade and develop their craft in a kitchen where classical technique, discipline, and creativity come together to produce truly exceptional food. Working alongside an experienced leadership team, youll gain invaluable hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-standard environment while building the foundations of a successful culinary career. Your Responsibilities:
Support the Chef de Partie and senior chefs with preparation and service across your section
Assist in maintaining exceptional standards of mise en place, organisation, and cleanliness
Learn and apply classical cooking techniques while developing speed, precision, and consistency
Ensure ingredients are prepared and handled with care and respect
Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen discipline
Who You Are:
A passionate and motivated chef at the early stages of your career
Previous experience in a Michelin starred or fine dining European kitchen highly desirable
Eager to learn, develop new skills, and absorb knowledge from experienced chefs
Hard-working, reliable, and able to perform in a fast-paced kitchen environment
A positive team player with a genuine love for food and hospitality
