Key Responsibilities- Run a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Prepare and present dishes with consistency, precision, and attention to detail
- Work closely with Sous and Head Chefs to maintain quality and standards
- Ensure food hygiene and health & safety compliance at all times
- Assist with stock control, rotation, and minimising waste
- Support junior chefs and contribute to a positive kitchen culture
- Maintain organisation and efficiency during busy service periods
- Uphold the standards of a high-performing French brasserie kitchen
- Current or recent experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie
- Background in French, brasserie, or modern European cuisine preferred
- Experience in fast-paced, quality-led restaurant environments
- Strong technical ability with a focus on consistency and execution
- Confident running a section during high-volume service
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills
