The Role This is a hands-on leadership position, working directly under the Executive Head Pastry Chef to oversee daily operations and manage the pastry team. You\’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional standards across multiple outlets, from luxury afternoon teas and fine dining desserts to seasonal showpieces and large-scale banqueting. What We\’re Looking For Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Sous Chef in a quality hotel or restaurant environment Strong foundation in classical pastry techniques with a creative, contemporary approach Excellent team management and mentoring skills
