Head Chef – Fine Dining French & European Restaurant – South West London We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to join a fantastic fine dining restaurant in South West London, offering modern French and European cuisine with a strong focus on seasonal ingredients and exceptional food quality. Our client is looking for a talented, creative chef with a strong fine dining background, excellent technical skills and the ability to lead a professional kitchen team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Head Chef or a strong Senior Sous Chef ready to take the next step in their career. The Role: Oversee the day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring consistently high standards of food quality and presentation. Create and develop seasonal menus with a focus on modern French and European cuisine. Lead, train and develop the kitchen brigade. Work with premium ingredients and maintain excellent consistency across all services. Manage food costs, stock control, ordering and kitchen GP. Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards. Work closely with the management team to ensure smooth kitchen operations. The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience as a Head Chef or strong Senior Sous Chef within a fine dining restaurant. Strong background in modern French and European cuisine. Excellent technical skills and knowledge of classical French cooking techniques. Passionate about seasonal produce, menu development and high-quality ingredients. Confident leading a team in a busy, quality-driven kitchen. Strong organisational and leadership skills.
