Development Chef role:
Support the development of new dishes and seasonal menus alongside the senior culinary team
Research ingredients, techniques and trends to bring fresh ideas to the table
Assist with recipe testing, costing and refining dishes for consistency and quality
Work closely with head chefs and section chefs to understand how development translates into service
Take ownership of projects as your confidence and experience grow
