Role Overview: As the Banqueting Head Chef, you will take the reins of the banqueting kitchen, overseeing a wide range of events including weddings, corporate conferences, gala dinners, and exclusive VIP functions. Partnering closely with the Executive Chef and the Events team, you will ensure the highest standards of food quality, seamless service, and innovative menu development to wow our distinguished guests.
