Their London flagship sits in the heart of Piccadilly Circus. It's a high-volume, multi-level destination that combines a full-service restaurant, bar, live entertainment and an on-site merchandise store. Guests come from all over the world for the food, the atmosphere and the one-of-a-kind collection of memorabilia on the walls. Every shift is busy and every day is different. They're now looking for an ambitious Assistant General Manager to work alongside the General Manager and drive the next chapter of success. Assistant General Manager role As Assistant General Manager, you'll be second in command across the whole operation: front of house, kitchen, bar and retail. Your responsibilities will include: Leading day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Inspiring, coaching and developing a large, diverse team to deliver memorable guest experiences Driving sales, controlling costs and hitting financial KPIs, including labour, GP and retail targets Maintaining exceptional standards across food safety, health & safety and licensing compliance Supporting recruitment, training and succession planning Deputising for the General Manager and taking full ownership of the venue in their absence Building a positive, energetic culture where people love coming to work Assistant General Manager a bout you Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager, Deputy Manager or senior manager in a high-volume, branded restaurant or hospitality venue A confident, hands-on leader who thrives in a busy, guest-facing environment Commercially sharp, with a strong understanding of P&L, budgets and cost control Passionate about people development and team engagement Experience across food, beverage and ideally retail operations Energetic, resilient and able to keep standards high under pressure Full flexibility to work across a 7-day operation, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays Assistant General Manager 0 ffer Salary up to £58,000 Discretionary bonus based on venue performance Private medical and dental insurance Enhanced pension scheme 20% discount on all food and retail merchandise Discounted stays at the brand's hotels worldwide 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays Real career progression within a global hospitality brand Ready to Take Centre Stage?
