The Role
As Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for the full culinary operation, creating and executing an exceptional food offering tailored to an exclusive UHNW client and their guests. You will lead a small, elite brigade and set the tone for excellence, creativity, and precision across all aspects of the kitchen.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as Senior Sous Chef / Head Chef / Chef de Cuisine within Michelin-starred or equivalent luxury environments
- Exceptional culinary ability with a focus on modern European / refined international cuisine
- A strong leader with the ability to build, mentor and inspire a high-performing team
- Experience working in private estates, yachts, or ultra-luxury hotels is highly desirable
- Impeccable attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism
- Ability to operate at the highest standards in a remote, high-expectation environment
