Role Overview:

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our consultants by sourcing top-tier candidates across a wide range of hospitality roles — from chefs and front-of-house professionals to operations managers and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, and internal databases
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone interviews
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
  • Post job adverts and manage responses
  • Arrange interviews and support candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records
  • Support consultants with administrative and coordination tasks

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in recruitment or within the hospitality industry (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive, energetic, and a real team player
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office and CRM systems
