Assistant General Manager – Central London

We’re looking for an exceptional Assistant General Manager to join one of Central London’s most refined and high-profile restaurants.

• £55,000 – £65,000 per year, depending on experience

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or senior FOH leader within a luxury or fine-dining restaurant
• A natural leader who can inspire, train, and guide a talented front-of-house team
• Immaculate presentation and confident communication
• Strong understanding of P&L, financials, and business performance
• Calm, proactive, and guest-focused at all times
