The Dispatcher plays a crucial role in ensuring the customer\’s satisfaction in the efficient and effective operation of our concrete plants. This position involves collaborating with multiple concrete plants and working with a team of dispatchers to oversee the ordering process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate batch plant equipment to produce concrete and other building materials.
2. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of plant equipment.
3. Receive, assign, schedule, and communicate work orders to ready mix drivers to ensure that operations and projects are completed in a timely manner.
4. Work with dispatching systems to maximize production, delivery efficiency, and service.
