Role Description The Contract Director is a full‑time position, responsible for overseeing the planning, delivery, and performance of electrical contracts from inception to completion.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities include estimating, managing multiple projects, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, leading contract negotiations, and ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
The role involves supervising project teams, monitoring budgets and timelines, reviewing technical documentation, and resolving operational issues to keep contracts on track.
This position requires frequent on‑site engagement with projects, suppliers, and clients to ensure high‑quality service and strong working relationships.
Qualifications Experience leading electrical contracts, including project planning, scheduling, and resource management.

Proven leadership and people management skills, including team supervision.
