The Role: Production Operative - Shifts Hours: 2 shift rotation – week 1 Monday to Friday 6.00 to 14.15, week 2 Monday to Thursday 14.00 to 22.30. We are looking for a motivated and reliable machine operative to join our production team. Reporting to the shift leader, the role will work closely with other colleagues and team leaders to support the production process, ensuring machines are set correctly, products meet the quality standards and processes are completed safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do:

  • Set up and operate machinery in line with production requirements
  • Help drive continuous improvement, resolve minor issues, and maximise efficiency
  • Complete quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
  • Support daily production targets while minimising waste
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
  • Report faults, maintenance needs, or quality concerns promptly
  • Follow all health & safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company standards
