The Role We're looking for a motivated Production Operative to join our team at our Diss site. This role is shift based working a double days pattern: alternating 0600-1400 M-Th, 0600-1130 F then 1400-2200 M-TH, 1130-1700 F. However, flexibility across shifts and work areas is essential. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a small team, making a real impact in a fast-paced environment.
