Smurfit Westrock in Bristol is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead all engineering and maintenance activities across the site. You will ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of production equipment and plant infrastructure, aiming to maximise asset availability and minimise downtime.
You will manage a team of Shift Engineers and an Engineering Assistant, drive continuous improvement, implement preventative maintenance, manage budgets, and collaborate with Production.
