Ready to take the lead and make a real impact? We're looking for an enthusiastic Corrugator Team Leader to join our Northampton team. Reporting to the Corrugator Manager, you'll play a key role in driving health & safety activity, developing people, performance, and creating a culture where safety, teamwork and continuous improvement come first.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting risk assessments, accident investigations, audits and safe working practices.
  • Leading your shift team to deliver outstanding safety, quality and production results.
  • Driving improvements in efficiency, output, quality and waste reduction.
  • Creating a positive, high-performing environment where everyone can succeed.
  • Coaching, developing and supporting team members through training, reviews and regular feedback.
  • Ensuring products are manufactured to the right quality, specification and quantity.
  • Building a skilled and flexible team capable of meeting changing business needs.
  • Working closely with Production, Engineering, Quality and fellow Team Leaders to deliver our “one team” approach.
  • Championing continuous improvement and encouraging new ideas from across the team.
