HR Manager Windrush, Oxfordshire | Permanent | 24-30 Hours per Week A people role with real influence. We're looking for an experienced HR professional to join our Sheetfeeding Windrush Team in a broad, visible, and impactful role. This role is available on a part-time basis of 24-30 hours per week , with flexibility around how these hours are worked across the week. You'll be a trusted advisor, helping shape culture, build capability, and deliver practical people solutions that support business success. No two days are the same. You'll lead and support a wide range of people initiatives, including: · Organisational and workforce planning · Employee relations and case management · Leadership development, coaching, and support · Talent and succession planning, including recruitment cycle · Change management · Culture, engagement and employee experience initiatives This role offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference while working as part of a collaborative leadership team.
