Our Consumer Packaging business in Europe supplies paper-based packaging, leaflets and labels for a wide variety of household names in industries such as food and beverage, healthcare, beauty and personal care, premium wines and spirits, and much more.

JOB PURPOSE: The role of Site Administrator will support the site management team across several areas. Be skilled in data analysis and able to respond to a fast-moving manufacturing environment, the successful candidate will be involved across all departments of the factory.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Managing site communications and supporting data analysis for site improvement projects
  • Support the Supply Chain, New Business and Customer Service Function
  • Managing inventory for site office supplies and stationery
  • Managing company uniform distribution
  • Support management and employees with the use of our Time Management System
  • Responsible for booking meetings, greeting customers and visitors
  • Point of contact for travel and accommodation bookings for the Hamilton site
  • Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post
  • Site champion for the charity committees, health and wellbeing, and values first awards
  • Support HR and EHS with site training requirements and management of site activity calendar
  • To update notice boards around site as directed

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE:

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
