The Role

Location: Corby, Northamptonshire
Hours: 3-shift rotation

We’re seeking a dedicated Lithographic Offset Printer to bring expertise to our growing team. If you value teamwork, quality, and maintaining high standards, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operating the KBA 162 6 colour with double coater.
• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and PPE compliance.
• Report any non-conformities to the Print Manager.
• Build skills in paper awareness, ink/colour management, machine setup, and production efficiency.
• Handle machine housekeeping, maintenance, and ISO-aligned QC checks.
• Support company certifications and wider Health & Safety initiatives.
• Carry out additional duties as required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in lithographic offset printing.
• Manufacturing background with technical expertise.
• Attention to detail and a strong eye for color.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Resilience under pressure with a willingness to learn new skills.
