- Location:Flexible – can be based from sites in East Kilbride or Newcastle, with regular travel to customers throughout the UK
The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving commercial growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented professional who thrives on building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering exceptional value to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
About You
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in packaging or premium drinks industries)
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Highly motivated, resilient, and results-driven
- Proficient in MS Office; strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel
