We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Site HR Manager to join our team at Tannochside, stepping into a pivotal role as part of the Senior Leadership Team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our site, influence strategic decisions, and lead a high‑performing HR function that blends hands‑on operational excellence with forward‑thinking strategy.

About The Role

As Site HR Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our business – a trusted advisor, a change champion, and a key decision‑maker. You’ll lead the HR agenda across the site, ensuring we attract, retain, and develop the best talent while fostering a culture of collaboration, performance, and continuous improvement.

This role is a true mix of transactional and strategic HR – from managing employee relations and compliance to driving workforce planning, organisational development, and leadership capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to deliver people strategies aligned with business goals
• Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives
• Manage complex ER cases and ensure legal compliance
• Support talent development, succession planning, and performance management
• Champion change management and continuous improvement across the site

What We’re Looking For

• Proven HR leadership experience in a fast‑paced, operational environment
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, influencing, and coaching skills
• A strategic mindset with the ability to deliver practical solutions
• CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience)
