The Role
- Adhere to high Health & Safety, Quality, and Hygiene standards, reporting any issues promptly.
- Perform dimensional and visual checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Set and operate machinery both manually and via computer systems.
- Maintain flexibility in operating various machines and ensure they are cleaned and maintained.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives with your Team Leader.
- Keep accurate production records and help improve KPIs through efficient use of labour and resources.
- Minimise downtime by planning ahead and ensuring material availability.
- Assist in prioritising tasks to maximise team productivity.
