Responsibilities
- Responsible to develop electrical and controls system design solutions based on engineering principle for our customers. You will be part of the Technical Team delivering capital automation projects from initial planning, build and commissioning within the factory, through to installation and sign off at customer sites.
Qualifications
- Mechanical fitting experience with mechanical systems and principles awareness.
- Recent years’ experience commissioning complex automated product handing solutions incorporating conveyor systems.
- Proficient with Allen Bradley Studio 5000, RSLogix 5000 & Factory Talk, Siemens S7, TIA software, MS Office, Sistema.
- Computer and PC literate.
- Strong fundamental knowledge of control and electrical system design and its application in automated industrial designs including specification of power, sensor, inspection, and communications systems.
- Strong knowledge of safety systems, controls and safety architecture.
- Experience of delivering projects and managing customer expectations on customer sites.
- Proven manufacturing experience.
