The Role The Plant Accountant will support the finance department through provision of both professional, reliable, and accurate reporting on business performance. Responsibilities include managing the trial balance, overseeing the accounting team, ensuring SOX compliance, and control-based reporting. The Plant Accountant will manage a team of 3 direct reports and report to the Financial Controller. Qualifications required include a Professional Accounting Qualification (ICAEW/CIMA/ACCA/CIPFA or equivalent) or finalist, or being qualified by experience.
