About the Role As an NPD Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and engaging customer experience as new product specifications move from concept to delivery. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external clients to coordinate timelines, manage documentation and support quality checks. Your contributions will help shape how we bring new packaging solutions to life. In this role, you will: Lead customer new job meetings and follow up on agreed actions. Collaborate with internal departments to meet project timelines. Manage artwork and colour approval processes with customers. Process tooling orders and update internal tracking systems. Finalise and input new specification details into plant software. Support first-time production checks and inspections. Serve as a key contact for customers on NPD-related topics. Communicate clearly and professionally across teams and with clients. Assist with ‘print pass’ meetings and ensure delivery commitments are met. Contribute to projects that improve the NPD experience for customers. Maintain organised workspaces and filing systems. Represent Smurfit Westrock with professionalism and positivity.
