Smurfit Kappa is seeking an experienced People Compliance Manager to strengthen our compliance framework across the business. You will lead GDPR, ethical trade and employment compliance initiatives across multiple sites, reporting into the HR Operations Manager and shaping our governance standards.
In this role you will develop policies, deliver training, manage audits and lead improvements while partnering with auditors and internal stakeholders to reduce risk and uphold our commitment.
