Your Responsibilities
- You weld with a semi-automatic welding station.
- You weld fillet welds and full penetration welds in single and multiple layers with filled/solid wire.
- You weld assembled structural parts according to the welding regulations (WPS) and predetermined welding sequence.
- You are aware of the parameters of welding stations.
- You weld pieces and consider deformations and shrinkage.
- You preheat your welding pieces to the right temperature.
- Always keeping safety regulations in mind.
Your Magic Skills
- Has experience with semi-automatic welding: HLO-45°.
- Has technical insight and understands welding instructions.
- Has sufficient knowledge to set the parameters.
- Can be flexible and not afraid to take initiative.
- Is very much aware and active with safety.
- Is passionate and able to work autonomously.
- Is willing to attend (paid) training courses and obtain any certificates such as a VCA certificate.
