Hands-on role – you’ll be based in an office in a fabrication hall alongside the Supervisors. Walking the hall – the aim is to change behaviours and build a culture around HSE. You’ll oversee the supervisors and the workforce from an HSE perspective. There are some issues with noise complaints from neighbours so when appropriate take steps to mitigate this impact including stopping certain works if required. Liaise with the client, possibly be involved in weekly joint client inspections, produce reports and action trackers. Incident investigation, possibly investigation reports. Generally improve HSE standards and behaviours towards these.
Your magic skills: Will hold a NEBOSH Certificate.
