The Role
We are an established and growing refurbishment and property maintenance company seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Tradespeople.
- Carpentry and joinery
- Plumbing and electrical work
- Plastering, tiling and general building
- Roofing and window fitting
- Landscaping
- Planned and reactive maintenance
We are particularly very interested in people with a strong background in electrical, plumbing and general building maintenance. You do not need experience in every trade, but you should have one of those primary trades and be willing to undertake varied work.
You will complete repairs, maintenance and refurbishment projects at client premises in Doncaster and, when required, further afield. You must be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum Five years’ relevant experience and/or a Level 2 NVQ or equivalent
- Practical experience in at least one relevant trade- electrical, plumbing and general building maintenance
- Good general problem-solving skills
- A professional, reliable approach
- Full UK driving license preferred
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check if required
