The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 £ per year.

SMT is seeking a Research Engineer in Nottingham to join our R&D team and advance SMT’s CAE software and engineering services.

You will prototype applications, explore new CAE methods for drivelines, and implement features in MASTA with Python APIs.

You should have a Master’s in numerical science (2:1+), with research drive and strong analytical skills; Ph D is a bonus.

Knowledge of Python, Pandas, Sci Py, Solid Works, and ANSYS is highly valued.
