Our Client, a Global market leader and a reputable well-known brand, have an exciting opportunity for a HR and Recruitment Administrator to join their busy thriving HR team. You will contribute to supporting in all aspects of the HR department, predominantly the end to end recruitment process. This role requires a German Speaker and would really suit someone who is confident, sociable, proactive and enjoys taking ownership of their work. Previous recruitment experience, Business or HR degree would work really well for this opportunity but not essential.
Responsibilities:
- Looking after the Internal Recruitment of the Stores across Germany
- Working closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements
- Advertising job vacancies
- Utilising LinkedIn platform to build network across UK, Germany and Holland
- Reading and sifting through applications
- Vetting candidates to understand their suitability and transferable skills
- Conducting Telephone interviews daily to create a strong shortlist for each vacancy
- Co-ordinating and Booking interviews for both hiring managers and applicants
- Offering detailed feedback and excellence service creating a strong candidate journey to reflect Employer brand
- Starter packs and Inductions for new employees
- Maintenance and reporting (including new starter entry, termination, etc.)
- Administration (filing, printing, scanning documents)
- Learning and development; legislation compliance, additional training for staff, offering training support to hiring managers

- Native German/ bilingual
- Recruitment experience would be highly advantageous
- A fast learner, who enjoys taking on new responsibilities
- Fantastic telephone manner, confident and engaging
- Confident conduction interview with script
- Highly organised, dependable and professional
