About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join a busy customer service team based in Biggleswade. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a growing online operation within a well-established business. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will provide excellent support to customers by managing enquiries, processing online orders, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across telephone, email, and online chat. This is a fully office-based role and is not hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and internal branches.
- Process customer orders placed through the company website.
- Process orders received from internal branches.
- Respond to customer enquiries via online chat and email.
- Track customer orders and liaise with courier networks regarding deliveries.
- Assist customers with website navigation and online ordering.
- Carry out general office administration and customer service duties.
Skills Experience
Previous experience in an office-based customer service role is preferred.
