What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of services to customers, ensuring timely and high‑quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that resources are allocated effectively to meet customer demands.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as the main point of contact.
  • Identify areas for service improvement and work towards implementing appropriate solutions.
  • Monitor and report on service delivery performance metrics and KPIs.
