SMT GB is seeking an MPC Support Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the Maintenance and Project Control (MPC) department, ensuring the smooth operation of processes and facilitating effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare documentation for machine arrivals and dispatches.
- Book machine and article deliveries into the Integrated Dealer Management System (IDMS) and related platforms.
- Issue required CE certifications from Immingham.
- Raise and close cases for monthly Machine Storage Inspections, resolving queries as needed.
- Post engineer labour data from PDA or manual timesheets into IDMS.
- Review, approve, or reject cases from other depots (team leader cover).
- Complete Notification of Delivery routine when machines are dispatched (colleague cover).
- Assist with administrative tasks such as bookings and statement submissions.
- Upload documents to SMT safety databases (Q‑Pulse, Quentic).
- Provide cover for the Team Leader and adhere to health, safety, and quality standards.
- Perform any additional duties as required by your manager.
