About The Role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Warehouse Administrator to support the smooth running of our Parts Operations function in Duxford. Working closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and wider team, you will play a key role in ensuring documentation, communication and reporting processes are managed accurately and efficiently. This is a fast-paced, admin-heavy role where attention to detail, organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential to keeping our warehouse operations running effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and distribute daily courier and dispatch reports
- Manage digital filing of warehouse documentation (picking lists, check sheets, dispatch records)
- Coordinate courier collections and manage engineer return labels
- Maintain warehouse communication boards and operational calendar
- Support meetings through presentation preparation and minute taking
- Capture, investigate and report on warehouse errors and deviations
- Carry out stock deviation checks and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate servicing and maintenance of warehouse equipment
- Support QESH compliance activities and maintain training records

You will be a proactive and reliable administrator who thrives in a structured, fast-moving environment. You’ll be confident working independently while also supporting a wider operational team, with a strong focus on accuracy, organisation and continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience
- Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Able to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels
- Logical thinker with good problem-solving ability
