About The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused QESH Co-ordinator to join our team based at our Duxford Head Office.
Supporting the Quality, Environment, Safety & Health (QESH), Fleet and Facilities functions, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of compliance, maintenance and operational activities across the business.
Working within a collaborative team and supporting a workforce of approximately 500 employees across multiple locations, this role combines administration, systems coordination and compliance support in a fast-paced environment.
You will help ensure our fleet, facilities, safety and environmental activities are effectively managed and compliant, while providing essential support to a wide range of stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative and system activities across the QESH, Fleet and Facilities functions.
- Support planned and reactive maintenance activities, compliance requirements and facilities projects.
- Assist with fleet management activities across a fleet of 200+ vehicles, including FORS accreditation requirements.
- Support ISO standards compliance across health & safety, quality and environmental functions.
- Maintain accurate records, generate reports and ensure documentation is up to date and auditable.
- Raise purchase orders, process and approve invoices and support budget tracking activities.
- Review audits, inspections and maintenance records, identifying actions and coordinating follow-up activities.
- Manage and maintain QESH, fleet and facilities systems, including supplier portals and compliance platforms.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers and contractors to ensure work is completed effectively and on time.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives that enhance compliance, efficiency and operational performance.
