We are seeking a Specialist Engineer to join our Brownhills Depot. This crucial role involves delivering high-quality technical support and expertise to our customers and internal teams, contributing to the efficient operation and maintenance of Volvo construction equipment and other machinery.

What you'll be doing:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and support related to Volvo construction equipment.
  • Provide specialized technical knowledge and guidance, ensuring optimal machine performance and compliance with safety standards.
  • Conduct detailed diagnostics and troubleshooting of complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
  • Prepare and deliver training and presentations to internal staff and customers on technical updates, systems, and best practices.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and tools to enhance service efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on equipment performance, providing timely feedback and recommendations for improvement.

What you'll bring:

  • Full UK driving license is required.
